Each ministry is designed to help individuals grow spiritually, develop their gifts, and actively participate in the life and work of the church. Charity

The Charity Department is the compassionate heart of our church, dedicated to serving those in need and demonstrating Christ’s love through practical action. We are committed to uplifting individuals and families within our church and the wider community by addressing both immediate needs and long-term challenges.
Our initiatives include food and clothing drives, support for the homeless, care for the elderly, and assistance for struggling families. We also partner with local organisations to extend our reach and impact, ensuring that help is available where it’s needed most.
Beyond meeting physical needs, we aim to restore hope and dignity. We offer emotional and spiritual support, as well as empowerment programs that help individuals regain stability and independence. This includes financial literacy workshops, job readiness training, and access to essential services.
Every act of kindness is rooted in our belief that love must be shown in action. Through the dedication of our volunteers and the generosity of our members, the Charity Department continues to be a beacon of hope, compassion, and transformation.

Children

Equipping our young generation with the word of God through fun activities and encouraging them to be the best that God has made them, so that they can show forth the excellencies of God. (1 Peter 2:9).

Choir

Do you have a passion for singing or playing an instrument? Do you want to use your gift to worship and praise our Heavenly Father, as said in 1 Peter 4:1? Look no further! Our choir welcomes singers and instrumentalists of all levels, ages, and backgrounds to join our musical family.
Whether seasoned or just starting out, you'll find a loving and supportive community here. We minister through music in all our services, spreading joy and inspiration. Join us in celebrating Christ and let your talent shine!

Evangelism

And He said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” – Mark 16:15
Redeem Christian church of God exists to inspire, equip, and mobilise believers to share the good news of Jesus Christ with love, compassion, and boldness. While not everyone is called to be an evangelist, we believe every believer is called to be a witness.
Our Mission
We are committed to developing a heart for soul-winning in every member of our church. Through regular outreach and ongoing training, we aim to make evangelism a natural and joyful part of everyday life.
What We Do
• Community Outreach: We go out into the local community regularly to witness through one-on-one conversations, door-to-door outreach, and group evangelism.

• Outreach in Action:
Every other Saturday, we put our training into practice and go out into the community to share the gospel as a team.

Logistics

Welcome to the logistics page of the RCCG Lighthouse for all nations. The word of God admonishes us in Hebrews 10:25 not to forsake the assembly of ourselves together…
This commandment could be daunting considering the exigencies of life, coupled with the irregularity of commercial buses schedules on Sundays, especially in this part of the world.
This is where we come in as the logistics department to ease the strain this could have on you by making available free door-to-church/church-to-door transportation.

Prayer

We communicate with God our father the maker of heaven and earth by praying. We express our love, gratitude, and supplications to Him through this medium. We as a team pray for less of self and more of God in our lives, Churches, and Communities. Prayers of intercession are continuously being rendered for members, people we meet, and people who reach out to us, for the touch and intervention of God in their lives. We pray according to the will of God through the help of the holy spirit who Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. (Romans 8:26).
God of truth has been making us joyful in the house of prayer by answering our prayers and honouring his words with signs and wonders following. Diverse testimonies of God’s wonderful doings are evident in our midst. Our utmost prayer for ourselves and all that we meet is to make heaven and we pray every day in fulfilment of the scripture “Pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17).
Apart from the time slot allocated for prayers in all our services, we also have dedicated prayer sessions open to all.

Technical & Media

The Technical and Media Department is dedicated to enhancing worship experiences through sound, visuals, and digital outreach. We manage audio-visual systems, livestream services, and create engaging multimedia content that supports the church’s mission.
With a heart for excellence and service, we ensure every message is clearly heard and seen, both in-house and online.

Ushering

Lighthouse Ushers are representatives of Christ’s Love; greeting and welcoming each person with a smile as they come into the house of God. We see to everyone’s need and ensure they feel at home as they come into the presence of the Most-High God.
It is our goal to ensure that the house of God is welcoming and conducive for worship as well as the gathering of His people. (Gen 49:10; Psalm 122:1).

Youths

The Youth Department is a vibrant and dynamic arm of the church committed to nurturing the spiritual, personal, and professional growth of young people. We provide a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment where youth can deepen their relationship with God, discover their purpose, and build meaningful connections with peers and mentors.
Our programs include Bible studies, worship sessions, leadership training, and community outreach, all designed to help young people grow in faith and character. We also recognize the importance of equipping our youth for life beyond the church walls. That’s why we offer career development initiatives such as skills workshops, mentorship programs, networking opportunities, and guidance on education and employment pathways.
Through these efforts, we aim to raise a generation that is not only spiritually grounded but also empowered to thrive in their careers and make a positive impact in society. Whether through service, creativity, or leadership, every young person is encouraged to use their gifts for God’s glory and the good of others.
